Returns Procedure

 

Kindly ensure that returned items are in saleable condition, with intact labels, and in their original packaging. Items must be unwashed and returned in their entirety. To initiate a return, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the products.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

  • Masks, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Return requests must be made within two days of receiving your order, ensuring items are in their original, unused condition and packaged as received.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the labeling or garment has been tampered with during your possession.
  • Damaged or defective products must be returned within (2) two days.
  • Original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging should be present and unaltered. Missing or modified items will be rejected during the Quality Check process.
  • You have the flexibility to return more than one product from the same order.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow a processing time of approximately five to seven (5-7) days for your refund.
